My appetizer and main dish were both incredibly delicious. I ordered a large portion, but my friends had different experiences. They weren't as pleased as I was. My food tasted fresh, while theirs seemed to come from the freezer. The service, unfortunately, wasn’t impressive either.
I used to be a regular customer and the service was really good. but that must be the third time that I was abandoned. I waited almost two hours to get my food. in the past, I wouldn't even get what I ordered. I'm always patient as I understand the hurry, but this time it was terrible. the person on the phone told me what he should do with the food as if it were my fault. poor customer service and personalization. I wouldn't give a star if I could. very stressful.
We’ve been loyal patrons of this restaurant since it opened a few months ago and we absolutely loved the food—especially the ribs, which were tender, flavorful, and perfectly charcoal-grilled. However, the last three times we ordered the ribs, they have been utterly disappointing. Initially, we thought that maybe the head chef was absent or it was just a fluke. But after receiving the same poor-quality ribs for the third time, it’s clear there’s a problem. The meat was low quality, poorly grilled, and inadequately marinated, resulting in an unpleasant taste. It seems they may have changed chefs. Even the garlic sauce, which we used to adore, tastes nothing like it did when they first opened. It’s puzzling why they would alter the flavors of the dishes that brought in regular customers like us.
We ordered TD special, had a very bad experience, first off khus khus( bulger) was off and smelly. Meat was missing, and when my husband called them the manager was so rude, he said , we can't do anything even if you bring the food back we won't refund or exchange food. Would never recommend them. They need to improve their food and customer service
