Walter is very friendly and does his job justifiable meals

This cafe is run run single handedly by Walter he has a great imagination for 'Veganising ' traditional Peruvian food. He will stop and chat (English and Spanish with his customers. He is passionate about veganism and has done lots of research into nutrition so the meals he provides are wholesome and well balanced. The three course lunches of the day were fantastic. On one of our days in Iquitos we went on a full day trip and we weren 't able to get to 'Bananas ' before closing time. Not a problem he told us to knock on the door whatever time we returned. This we did and he prepared us another great 3 course meal. The place is nothing fancy but you 're not there for plush decorations, you 're there for amazing vegan food. If you 're vegan (or not! and in Iquitos you MUST go here!

Walter prepared a 3-course lunch for us, which was great. the suppe was so good. walter is amazing, he is so friendly and really wants to meet his guests. this place is a must to go if they want a real Autenthic Peruvian experience.
