Τρατα - Irakleion

I went with my family there, it was very nice eating was delicious (we ordered lampshades and some traditional plates) the environment was friendly and had a good look at the old burg koules.

Don't do what we did drop into the first place for lunch because you're tired. As stated by others, food is not seasoned in any way. Bread was really bad, supermarket stuff unlike the usual Greek bread you get served in restaurants. Fish partially fried to death and probably part of it frozen product. One star for nice waiters.

If I could give less stars I would. Don't go here because you were hungry and this was the first place you saw. The food was lukewarm, unseasoned and way too expensive. Staff was not friendly and the food was slow.

It is a beautiful place for dinner or lunch and enjoy the view of the old Venetian habor. eating is okay as the prices are.

I was in this tavern last night. the staff were very friendly and very helpful. the food was very good and the fish was also good! I liked the sea view and the castle of koules! we'll see you next year!
