One of the oldest hotel in town, recently renovated. Rooms are good and affordable.

There was electrical issue in my room which was causing AC and lights to switch off (listen to the attached video with sound)...hotel did not provide us different room even after complaining multiple times...had to stay there with fear of short circuit overnight...horrible guest experience. Edit after hotel response: We had 4 rooms booked on the same night as this incident happened. None of the other rooms reported electrical fluctuations, hence don't put it on KSEB for your faulty electrical works. Instead of giving alternate room that night you people are calling me to delete this post.

It is near to vadakara railwaystation 400m) Rooms are spacious and all the amenities were provided to us. But the way in which securityguard deals with customers is not that good. At the entrance itself Bar is located. There was no separate gate for entry. Entry gate is congested. No ample parking space. Food and room service was ok.
