Feedback gevenWorst eating experience I've ever had. the half of eating for the group came out, we were told the rest was on the way, just to not see our waitress for another 30 minutes. we complain, get a sarcastic response from our server. manager comes out, still no food, the half of us never ate something, and she has accused us of half the meal. absolute catastrophe everywhere. no explanation, clearly our commands have been lost or never entered. this is not even all that went wrong, just to type too much. Stay away!
I stopped at this Cracker Barrel on my way to Charleston and on my way back home to Atlanta the following day. Service was fantastic, food was good and the restroom facilities were very clean. It made a nice place to stop, eat, and relax for a time in a safe environment as a female traveling alone.

The slowest, sorriest service from a Cracker Barrel ever. I hope this isn’t a growing trend for them as a whole. Strongly recommend staying away from this location until better management can be achieved.
The order was incorrect, which can happen but should never happen when the order was supposed to be double checked.So I drive all the way home, realize I'm missing about 1/4 of the order. We call the restaurant back and I drove back to the restaurant. They gave the weakest apology ever and the manager never offered to retain us as customers. The attitude was like oh well, we made a mistake not giving you 1/4 of your order, so sorry you had to make two trips and your original order was cold by the time I got back home If you make a mistake, make it up to the customer, they don't have to buy anything from your place of business.In today's economy, treat your customers right and act like you REALLY WANT their patronage.
