Feedback gevenI have ordered from this firehouse location frequently, approximately every week. However, I had an issue on March 24th and reached out to them online but have not heard back for over 2 1/2 weeks. I do not recommend ordering online from this site as they do not have a good track record of being timely. My sub was supposed to be ready for pick up, but it took 20 minutes just to make it. I never received my order because I could not wait any longer, and I did not receive any communication about a refund or replacement. This lack of customer service reflects poorly on the owner or general manager, as it is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority regardless of how much money is spent at the restaurant. As of this review, I have accumulated 170,407 loyalty points with them, showing that I am a frequent customer.
This restaurant is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. It is my favorite place to get subs, and not just any chain restaurant, but specifically this location - the best subs I have ever tasted. The staff are very friendly and the food is incredible. I ended up eating a sub here every day for an entire week.
The service at this restaurant was terrible. I came in to pick up a takeout order and gave my name, but couldn't find my order. I asked the lady working there for help, and she searched for my sandwich and opened it without wearing gloves. This is unacceptable. The staff didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.
Eat good $15.00 for a whole past it is possible to mix money
The Cuban sub was very good and these chips are great.
