Edited to add: maintain my recent review due to the district manager corey to solve the problem and share my experience with him for me. he said he had a meeting with the manager, tiffany, and addressed her lack of professionalism. I will return to this place in the hope that it will be great as it has always been before my recent visit. I have upgraded the star review for great food and corey has contacted me very quickly. I will begin by saying that I often visited this place and always had a pleasant experience. also eating was great! Now the service and professionalism I received was absolutely appalling from 2 employees in particular. I made an online order at 10:45 clock ready to 1:15 clock so my friend and I could eat when we arrived at the restaurant. we have a few minutes after 1:15 clock and it was not ready; no big thing, we are very understanding that the dings happen. When a worker had noticed us, she asked if we were there for an online order. I had answered, she asked for my name, and then I let her know alyssa stuart, it was planned to be ready for 1:15. another employee (one dame) from the front of the restaurant to the casser where we were to say, they can not see that we are short employees and if their online order is not ready, we are obviously busy I was very surprised that I did not complain about my order and was not angry so that I replied I did not say that I did not think it was ready. we have our food and sit down. Once we have set ourselves, the same employee who had overtaken us told another worker about the situation and how I didn't understand that they were busy. this employee, a gentleman I didn't get the name, said loud, just because they are ready to be an order at 8AM to 2pm, it is obviously not ready when we have 40 people in the line the restaurant was busy, but there were about 5 people in line not 40. and again I was not angry that my order was not ready, nor did I complain. the hired then said that she had received more online orders and asked that the man could get them while he laughed, and he said that he had only two hands while he laughed. my friend wanted to ask the hired who had given us our food for the name and job title of the dame. she told her it was tiffany and she was the manager. I am extremely disgusting at the lack of professionalism. as already said, I have often visited this location and have never experienced a problem. I am sure that more work would be achieved if the manager focused on serving customers instead of talking about customers to their employees. I worked for many years in the food industry, so I understand when places are underused. but this does not justify the disregard we have received today. I hope they are all able to receive the personal they need and replace those who do not have to be in customer service.

Today my last day was to give business to this location. I just came home to find that I have received the completely wrong order. while that's my fault I didn't check, I didn't have it before. I ordered a stack and got a child home wrecker with drill, of which I am not a fan. my girlfriend also got to be bored on her command that she specifically asked not to get. all after more than 20 minutes waiting time. I am very hungry and that was disappointing.
Some of the most rude and scariest employees in Colombia. every time I go, I met the attitude. every time.
