Breakfast Republic - Irvine

Definitely recommend!! Loved our brunch there! We had a large group and the service was fantastic! They accommodated my egg allergy and even made a recommendation to go to a burrito bowl instead of the assembled burrito so it was less messy and it was perfect! Enjoyed their Jurrasic **** Mary and California Burrito as a bowl and tortilla on the side. Fun decor and music and was a great brunch atmosphere! Seating options indoor, outdoor, and at the bar.

From the super friendly waitstaff to the decorations, Breakfast Republic is full of character. The mess are excellent: we?ve tried the Mac n Cheese (very creamy, a tiny bit greasy), the Shrimp and Ricotta Frittata (excellent and definitely upgrade your potatoes to include bacon and Brussels sprouts), the Sammie (huge and a tiny bit unworldly but delicious) and the Breakfast Burger (which includes linguist sausage, a nice touch). The drinks?from the bottomless Cafe De Olla to the Strawberry Lemonade?are also well worth the price. This is one of my favorite UCI breakfasts!

I got the steak and eggs. It was beautiful, the sauce for steak was good. The beef was a little bit chewy. The potatoes are hard, not sure it was because it was cold already or overbaked. Coffee is good, service is helpful.

Best breakfast- that is the absolute truth in my opinion. We love breakfast at our house, we found this spot via another google guide and it did not disappoint. The staff were friendly, and super efficient. The atmosphere was a very chill and ?welcome in? like grandmas house. You don?t know everyone but it feels like we are all having a big reunion breakfast. Great seating options from inside or patio, custom dishes, and decorations make for easy Instagram moments. We will be back. Thanks so much Breakfast Republic for a delicious start to our day.

Great breakfast place with amazing vegan options but long waits and mediocre service. We had to wait for over 20 minutes even though they had plenty of seating. I would go back but only because they had an amazing vegan skillet. Their breakfast potatoes were incredible as well. They have their own homemade ketchup which isn?t as good as Heinz but A for effort. Everyone loved their breakfasts especially the brioche French toast. Will definitely try and get back here.
