Chipotle Mexican Grill - Irvine

This location offers a much smaller portion size compared to other Chipotle restaurants. It seems to prioritize serving smaller amounts to both children and customers consistently.

I recently started visiting this place, and I have to say the food and aguas frescas are delicious. However, the staff behind the counter was not very friendly. For a business as great as this, they really need to work on their customer service skills. They always seem to be in a rush. I might return to Chipotle instead, or perhaps I'll try another location here.

When I ordered a veggie bowl, I found that there wasn't enough of the key ingredients, tears and borons, which are essential to the dish. Additionally, the cashier seemed disinterested and annoyed, lacking basic customer service skills. Overall, my experience was disappointing.

I always like chipotle. but it's fast eating. they prepare to eat quickly and press the restaurant even faster

Ordered the usual I get on the rare occasion we decide for Chiptole, for some reason this location can't seem to get an order right. It's happened before guess it's my fault for not learning my lesson those times we said ya know mistakes happen whatever no big deal still kind of isnt one, but to completely not add chicken (Xtra chicken as well as it says ON the receipt) to a chicken burrito bowl lmao its like astounding at how incompetent a place can be. I don't think I've ever actually left a review on anything really but this was just so hilariously idiotic to not leave one. Next time. Just take the extra minute to actually read the order. As a consumer only thing I can do is I won't be ordering from here again not that they care if they're CONSTANTLY making mistakes as other reviews say.
