Chipotle Mexican Grill - Irvine

I have always come to this chipotle because it is only from me on the road, but the last several times I came here, the service and the food was mediocre and I lost more. but here I am again, a creature of habit that goes into the near position. I came to the restaurant and got a feeling that I should just go, but my hunger convinced me to stay. when I saw the customers standing in front of me on the safe to order and see the bad service, I started to hurt. it was my turn now. I greet the crew member and he answered in a monotonous, irritated voice, what can I get them. I asked for 3 hard shells. as he chased the hard shells handle and for white rice. he said we were just white rice. I answered, I would wait. He said we won't do until much later. it was 12:30 on a taco Tuesday. I continued and asked for regular steak on all three. he started scratching the container for the meat and I said I could wait for more. he said no, I gave you enough meat for your tacos when he slipped my bowl down. I asked salat and additional cheese from the next crew member, he threw in everything he wanted, put the lid on and pushed it into the cash register. the cashier asked if there was anything else and I ordered a big coks and chips. she gave me my sum, I paid, and she gave me the bag. I answered, what about my drink and chips? she answered, they did not order chips and drinks. I looked at my reception, it said big coks and chips. I looked at her and she answered oh yes, you ordered a drink and chips. I never had bad experiences at a chipotle. I came home, opened my pathetic lunch, which they see on the picture. Of course, I will not return to this place, I would rather drive an additional 10 15 min to another place to get better service.

I always go to this place from convenientity, but as many other reviews say, there are always problems with my orders. some of my problems I have experienced so far: getting the protein wrong, my wife asked for veggie in her online order and received carnitas instead of missing items from our order as a real escape or constantly failing, the vinaiigrette that should come with her salat bowls. the intake of half-portions or half of the bowl is filled with food when they ordered double-portioned draw from plastic from their food soggy or old salat uncooked rice slutty package that leads to the pocket ripen right when they pick it or throw the vinaiigrette that they have asked in the pocket and it get all about their food packaging was inside and make a mess to ask a missing item. if they are a chip fan, I do not recommend this location. try the other about 2.9 miles south of this location.

I see that this chipotle location does not have the best ratings, but honestly I am not sure why. I live on site and often come to this place, every time I come, I get great customer service. eating is delicious, just like any other chipotle location. there are many parking spaces on the parking lot so a good place to park is never a problem. the air conditioning in the location keeps everything beautiful and cool, so it is convenient when they eat it. frankly, I have no negative about this place and I will continue to eat at this place, so much I may possibly be able to

I was eating my burrito and I was about half way through it when I was about to take another bite I saw something move. Then a bug came out my burrito. So disgusting, last time I order from chipotle.

Must be going out of business, every grain and once of meat must come out of their own pockets now. I think I got a taquito not a burrito
