Gen Sushi - Irvine

This sushi restaurant is top-notch in my opinion. The fish is incredibly fresh, the portion sizes are just right, the service is attentive, and the prices are reasonable (I believe they may have even lowered their all-you-can-eat prices recently). There is no time limit, so diners can enjoy their meal at their own pace. They offer a variety of nitiri options with a good fish to rice ratio, so you don't have to fill up on heavy sushi rolls, although they do have a wide selection of those as well. The sushi chef also provided some helpful recommendations which I always appreciate. I'm looking forward to my next visit! April 20th, 2013.

This place is excellent. It's the best all-you-can-eat sushi I've ever had. The servers were busy but still friendly. The variety of options in the all-you-can-eat nigiri was the highlight. Definitely go for dinner!
