This was our first time at Hello Kitty Cafe. The line wasn't bad. Birthday and chocolate cake were good. The cinnamon and cookie cream donuts were much better! We also bought some of the cups, could not resist all sweetness!!

This place is enchanting! Although we didn't visit the Bow Room, we agreed on ice tea. Heads up: If you want to visit for a high tea, reservations had to be made months ahead. Beverages: The drinks are nothing spiritual. However, the containers are very, very sweet. Customer service: Ok-ish. The staff was not rude, but looked extremely tired from the high traffic. Waiting time is also quite long. Interior: Amazing! It is worth visiting just to take some nice photos.
