I've had a frustrating experience here, as they've gotten my order wrong the last three times I've visited. It seems like the staff isn't particularly attentive or concerned about accuracy. I'm starting to wonder if there's a language barrier, as they seem to struggle with understanding my requests. I would recommend avoiding this Jersey Mike's and trying one of the other locations in Irvine instead!

I strongly advise against visiting this location if you have an allergy. The staff seemed unaware of what cross-contamination means, and I had to explain it to them. We arrived 30 minutes after they opened, and although there was no line, we still felt like we were inconveniencing them.

Online ordering is usually a breeze. Except for today. I arrived not long after my order said it would be ready. I inform the gentleman working the register that I placed an online order. He looks around for 2 minutes only to come back and tell me that someone had picked up my order already. Even stated the thief's name. He goes to the back to tell his manager. Manager looks at the printouts and determines that in fact I did place an order. No apology. No explanation. Just began making my order. I've ordered pick up at this location half a dozen times and never had an issue until today. Beware if you place an order online for pick up at this location. They could care less if someone takes your order. They'll even tell you who stole your order. An $80 order just to be inconvenienced!
