There was not a long line on Friday night around 9 p.m., so I treated myself to a chocolate peanut butter chip cookie, one of my favorites. When she rang me up, it was $7 for that one cookie! Whaaaa?! Plus tip, over $8. Omg, too much. I tried a bite of it, and I regretted buying it right away. I'm a total cookie snob, and this cookie was not worth $7. Flat out. Point blank. No. Will I return? No way. If I'm gonna pay $7 for a cookie, it better be out-of-this-world good, and it was not. I'm so sorry to have to say that. Service and ambiance were nice, but the product--no. I'm not a fan of Crumbl cookies either. This has the same vibe. I give Costco cookies 1/5. Crumbl 2/5. Hudson 3/5. My favorite cookies are from Paderia and The Cookie from Bristol Farms.
The aroma of the restaurant is heavenly and will surely draw you in. The cookie tastes great at first, but its quality diminishes as it cools down. The prices are on the higher side, but indulging every now and then won't hurt.
Walking past Hudson's Cookies, my husband was immediately drawn inside to take in all the delicious treats. I had a sandwich cookie that was a ginger/molasses type cookie filled with a vanilla bourbon cream and OMG was it huge....and delicious! My husband had a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie along with a oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. We gorged ourselves back at the hotel room but thoroughly enjoyed every bite!Is it pricey? Yes. Are they gourmet cookies? Yes. Did I feel it was worth the money? Heck yes!
Incredible cookies! The owner and staff were extremely welcoming. My son even had me drive an hour back just to get another Birthday Cake Cookie (which isn’t in the picture). I ordered the salted caramel cookie, and it was fantastic—it even had toffee, which took me by surprise. I will definitely be returning for more!
I’d rate this place a solid 2.5 stars. I went in to try their cookies, but I was shocked by the prices—$6 for just one cookie! Maybe they’re covering the cost of that Instagram-worthy backdrop. The staff member was nice, and I ended up ordering a brownie, which turned out to be the most expensive brownie I’ve ever had, nearly $9 with tax. Unfortunately, the brownie was dry and more like cake than a classic brownie, so I ended up throwing it away. Maybe it was for the best, as I’m trying to eat healthier anyway. I think I’ll be skipping Hudson's cookies from now on.
