Saiga Vietnamese Eatery - Irvine

I’ve eaten here three times in the past week lol. Saiga has quickly turned into one of my favorite eateries. Normally I order the grilled pork Banh mi but this week I discovered their tofu and it’s quite honestly some of the BEST tofu I’ve had eating out. The flavor of the breading is just so good! The rice bowls are super filling and delicious. Highly recommend their lychee green tea as well.

Hands down best Vietnamese food. I generally don't like Vietnamese food (or noodles), but I absolutely adore this place. Their food is fantastic, especially the garlic noodles, pork belly, and their drinks. I have purchased their food for catering for potlucks and parties and it is ALWAYS a hit.

Because the store is located in Irvine where there are many businesses and manufacturers; they offer quick lunch and food delivery to your work place. This place is featuring CRISPY PORK BELLY BANH MI (Vietnamese sandwiches). The crispy pork belly is marinated so flavorful; it's not salty and the pork skin is really crispy. The KIMCHI FRIED RICE is served with crispy pork belly and a medium omelet, which is the most popular bowl. This bowl is so delicious; the fried rice tastes rich and smell so good with flavor of butter. The kimchi doesn't make the rice taste sour. It is also a perfect combination of fried rice and crispy pork belly. I was so full, but still craving another bowl . I wish I could have a green chili dipping sauce to make it more flavorful (I'm a savory eater). The Vietnamese coffee is a must to try because it's just strong enough to help you stay awake during your working day. The food is so delicious and satisfy my craving. I highly recommend you CHECK IT OUT and order their signature bowls.

First time ordering, got the grilled pork vermicelli and the passion fruit spritzer. Food was great, very fresh and they got the authentic flavor down. The pork was done perfectly and the egg roll was crispy. Delicious all around with the passion fruit spritzer making it a perfect meal. Awesome find and will return to try the other menu items/drinks.

DELICIOUS! The portions are just right, the food is bursting with flavor. Perfect lunch bowl. I just wish they were open for dinner! HIGHLY Recommend
