Starbucks - Irvine

I visited the Starbucks in Irvine Village at San Canyon and Quail. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed a Mocha Frappe and had some banana bread for dessert. The service came with a smile. I would definitely return, especially since I have my next dental appointment on June 29th!

The staff here is wonderful, but I noticed that a few weeks ago, this location disabled the "Order Before" feature. From what I understand, some stores have made this change because they claim it distracts from the experience for customers inside the store. I hope the owner or manager reads this review and realizes an important truth: most people don’t go to Starbucks for an "in-store experience." Just like at McDonald's, the appeal lies in convenience and speed. Without the option to order ahead, this store has lost that quick convenience that many customers value.

That was a quick experience. I ordered a drink called Mocha-rappe, and instead of laughing at me, the barista smiled, looked me in the eye, and gently corrected me with the right name for the drink I wanted. While waiting for my drink, I took a moment to look around the café. I was surprised to learn that they offer a variety of coffees from around the world, as well as coffee mugs, T-shirts, and sandwiches. Starbucks is definitely a place worth visiting. It always seems to be filled with people immersed in important tasks while enjoying their special beverages. One of these days, I should find out what the stars are all about—I was told I have 50, but I'm not quite sure what that means. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by to check it out and grab your favorite drink. Ever been here every time I experience the same customer-friendly experience Baristas are masters in their art. Either sit in and enjoy the warmth of the ambience or outside to make your coffee basking in the sunshine

Very friendly and helpful cashier. Location was clean and provided a quiet working environment inside. Only issue was the person who placed the finished drink orders on the counter was very quiet and you didn't hear your name being called.
