The staff at this restaurant works diligently to manage the high volume of customers. Visiting in the mid-afternoon is ideal, as you can use the app to skip the long lines that often extend outside. Rather than waiting in line, take advantage of the conveniently located pick-up area to grab your afternoon order.

The staff at this restaurant were exceptional! They were attentive, incredibly friendly, and had a wonderful demeanor. The service was quick and the food was delicious. The entire establishment was clean, and the workers were properly wearing their masks. However, some customers could stand to show a bit more understanding towards the staff. The workers were doing their best to keep things moving, but some patrons seemed to lack empathy. It's just a Chai Latte, after all. #empathy

This is a great spot that’s conveniently located near my home. I had a lovely time here. While the indoor space is a bit cozy, there are plenty of outdoor seats available.

Less decibel and more mopping will be great.
