Blu Ginger Thai Cafe - Irving

This is a charming little restaurant with friendly staff. It's not overly crowded, which is a plus in the post-COVID era. Interestingly, their hours are different from most places; they stay open all day without closing for a break, even though the sign in the window could use an update. It does take a little while to receive your food, and they also charge for to-go boxes, which seems a bit unusual. I suppose times are tough.

The food was delicious! I ordered the spicy basil fried rice and spring rolls, and both dishes were freshly prepared. I really enjoyed the authentic Thai flavors. I've tried many Thai restaurants, but this one stands out as the best I've visited in Dallas. One suggestion I have is to increase the portion sizes a bit; that would make the dining experience even more satisfying.

The food here is excellent and truly authentic. I started with the dumplings as an appetizer, followed by the mixed seafood stir fry. Both dishes were perfectly executed. The seafood was cooked just right—juicy and delicious. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

Delicious food and wonderful service. I love how their online ordering allows to adjust the level of spiciness and pick-up times. Highly recommend this terrific restaurant!
