Feedback gevenI ordered a bowl online, and when I picked it up and got home, I found that 3 of my toppings were missing. As a first-time customer at Cava, I found this very disappointing. I hope you can improve on this in the future.
If this is a franchise, whoever is running it needs to have it taken away. If it's not, shame on CAVA. **** poor service and quality isn't even confined to the physical location; I ordered from here via third party and still had items I paid for incorrect or missing altogether.Either they aren't cooking or soaking their lentils enough, or wherever they order them from isn't prepping them right because they're soggy on the outside, but hard and crunchy on the inside.I saw someone else mention that they portion out the meat and sides for the entrees in the 1 oz dressing cups and I can confirm! Got my order and the hummus and tzatziki were still in the damn cylinder shape they had been dumped into the bowl as when I received my order. Got a half falafel half chicken bowl and only got *2* rock hard falafel in my bowl.Rude stuck up staff get mad at customers for just entering the building, god forbid you place and order and pay. Heck, I would understand if the place was slammed, but it was dead when I was there.Whoever is running this joint is an embarrassment because this is the only location I've been to that has this problem.If I'm going to spend 20 bucks on one Mediterranean bowl, I'll just order Dimassis instead.
I enjoyed the spicy lamb meatball, which was full of flavor. Plus, you have the option to customize your own dish.
The restaurant is impressively clean, and the customer service is excellent! The food is absolutely outstanding!
