In my opinion, Chick-fil-A sets the bar for fast food service, but this place could learn a lot about customer treatment. I frequent Chick-fil-A nearly every day across the Metroplex, and I was disappointed to be charged extra for a $2 coffee. It's unfortunate, and I won't be returning to this location.
My mother tried to explain the situation, but the worker snapped at her, asking why I couldn't be kinder. This was completely uncalled for, as I’ve never had a bad experience here before. Usually, the staff is polite, and I’ve always been greeted with "my pleasure"—except for this particular employee. I didn’t catch her name but think it might be Monica. She was wearing glasses, had dark hair, and a light complexion. It’s unacceptable for her to treat customers this way or to accuse them of being disrespectful to others. What did she expect us to do? There was clearly a line in front of us, and we were all just trying to pay and enjoy our meal. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
This establishment has consistently impressed me with both its food and service. I've been a patron for over ten years, dating back to my time in the military. I truly appreciate the attention they give when addressing order issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Thank you to the staff for their efforts and for serving such comforting food! Food: 5/5
My order was displayed, (1 car in front of me and one next to me) as spokesman and ordered. Drove up to pay and get my food (1 spicy chicken biscuit), car Infront of me gets food and leaves, truck next to me gets food and leaves, car behind me gets food going around me and leaves, car behind the car next to me gets food and go. throughout all these cars they always leave me wondering what I ordered. they finally bring my cookies and I give her my change when she comes back to give me my change to another employee with a bag, and the lady who gives me my food tells you that she had already given it to me.... All this took 15 min to get 1 simple spicy chicken biscuit!!!! Will never return to this place
I love Chick-fil-A the food is amazing. My whole family love to go eat there brand new restaurant. Great area lots of parking right next to Irving Mall . Great management with amazing staff . Super quick service with great prices .
