Church's Texas Chicken - Irving

The food here is difficult to describe. I placed my order, but then the system crashed. The staff didn’t communicate anything to the customers, and I received some unfriendly looks from them.

Crunchy! I mixed three pieces. Very good roasted chicken. Chicken is actually sharp compared to Popeyes. Everything tasted fresh. Come on!

I'll deliver to Uber Eats. Typically, the restaurant should have the food ready when I get there, or at least good on the way to be ready. Not in this place. You decide to start the order after the driver. There is another delivery person in front of me who is experiencing the same problem. Uber eats delivery drivers are paid by delivery, not the hour, as long as these costs keep me time and money. Staff don't seem to worry about it. In fact, I see only two, maybe three of their employees (of the six) working. The rest seems aimless. I don't know what the problem is with this place, but unless they are formed, I do not recommend this place at all.

I always prefer this place over the KFC or the two Church's Chicken locations that are closer to my home because the staff here are friendlier and frequently offer special deals. Food: 5/5.

Gave the wrong order ordered 4 chicken sandwichs and received a bucket of spicy chicken I payed 35 for this!?!? Worst thing ever also made me pay 6$ tip
