Domino's Pizza - Irving

I ordered online from this restaurant earlier this week. When the delivery driver circled my apartment complex for about 15 minutes, I called the restaurant. I asked to speak to the manager, who identified himself as Juan. He was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. I have never experienced such treatment before. It is absurd to be treated this way by someone who doesn't even know me, especially when I have spent money at their establishment. I will never patronize this restaurant again. They need to find new ownership that knows how to hire a competent staff. I can only imagine what the owner is like if this is how the manager behaves.

That was the worst Dominican experience ever! we ordered our pizza at 8:30, tracker online said it was of 8:54 and it was for delivery ay 9:10 and we never got the pizza! we continued to call and they answered and stopped. the so-called customer service advised to receive a refund until after delivery was advised. such a bad experience!

I ordered a total of 4 pizzas, 3 of them without cheese. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas came with cheese. When I called to address the mistake, a man named Dwayne acknowledged the error but was quite rude about it. Now we have to wait another hour for the correct order. Shake my head.

Monday, 30th, a delivery order at 15:10 a.m. the order was at 15:34 in “Quality Control”. order the load to leave 4:40 clock. delivery 5:23 clock, 2 hours and 13 minutes later. you can only imagine how cold and stable it was. the sausages of dominos I have ever needed.

Today I made Pickup Order #1314 on 5/21/2022 at 8:15 When paying in the store they tried scam me to pay someone else 26$ order, while my order was 7.3$. And they added 0.7$ donation to my bill without asking me. I would say look at your bill and make sure everything is ok I have mixed feeling experience Thanks they washed hands before preparing,but they refused to add oregano and butter garlic sauce to my order.What would happen if they sprinkled some oregano? This would make me happy. They said oregano doesn't come with your pizza!!! Come on guys !! I didn't feel the team is friendly I would go to different locations next time for sure.
