Einstein Bros. Bagels - Irving

For the first time since living in irving, with good nutrition and service unfortunately, which is not the case? behind the theke was a train wreck 5 worker, possibly including the manager and nobody waited for us, although we were the only customers waiting on the order line. Finally a guy came over, who seemed to know what he did and took our order. the floors in the dining area were very dirty. the bagle was good, but we will not go back because of the dirty environment and bad service. I hope the situation is improving there.

I came at 8:45 a.m. and the place was quiet with just a few couples to eat. the personal who manages the order counter was polite and friendly. I think one stone has bagels with a narrow roasted is the most tasty. they also have the most different sorts in the glossy taste. I love her honeymoon.

Avoid! we put a simple order on: speck, eierkäse on a simple bagel, 2 coffee and a ok. the drinks were not delivered. only that sandwich, and that egg had so much pfeffer in that I couldn't eat it! what a terrible experience. if they can't run this franchise properly.

My experiences here lately have been subpar. The line is always long even when it is not peak breakfast hours. Lately I order curbside. Well today, the lady running curbside was lazy. I check in so obviously I am at the location. I watch her walk out look straight, look right and walk back in. Normally they exit from the door closest to where drinks are prepared and that 's where I was parked. I then watch her go back inside and just set my order on the table. I get out my vehicle and go get my food. When I go in, I make eye contact with her and she doesn 't acknowledge that she didn 't see me (she didn 't look) I started to address her or a manager but decided to write a review and file a complaint. This is unacceptable if I select curbside you are not aware if I am incapable of coming into the restaurant. The app is great and has the check in button but it serves no use if the employees don 't look for you when you 're there. In addition, there needs to be reserved space for curbside to help the lazy employees out.

Great Einstein Bros. Bagels location in Las Colinas. Stopped here for breakfast before heading to the office. The staff was very nice and attentive. I got me a bagel breakfast sandwich ? and a coffee and it was delicious. Will definitely be going back!
