King Buffet - Irving

The most important part for me is to have great hot food and this place has it! Chocolate ice cream was super gross. The waitress seemed tired of working her job her face said it all. The buffet area is well kept. Super busy on a Saturday. The only frustrating thing are the chairs they don't slide in nor out. They stay stuck in the carpet. My 12 year old almost hit her teeth on the table.

One of the best buffet restaurants we've been to! Got seated right away and the staff overall was really warm and polite. Their sushi selection is outstanding and there was plenty to go around! Along with sushi they also have Mongolian style fresh bowl noodles and stir fry station. Now they have the regular staples and not all of them hit the spot like their green beans were wilted and pizza cold but that's to be expected. Overall definitely recommend them!

I went on a SUNDAY at noon of all days. It was absolutely packed with people out the door. Although there was a wait, the staff handled everything perfectly. The server I got was kind and friendly even though it was extremely busy. Which I took note of.The food was really good. There are so many options! I took a few pictures, but I didn't get to take pictures of about half the food. So much variety too! I'm sure you will find something you like with all the variety. The sushi was great. Desserts were great. They even have ice cream. I highly recommend this place! I am definitely coming here again.

I love the food here. The best of food therapy, I'm healed after every experience. Sometimes the place gets a little crowded over the weekends, but it's still great. The service is also very nice.Food: 4/5

The food was better than expected. Crab cakes... Try them! The sushi bar is very good and you watch them making it fresh. They have a sign on the door about not wasting food and adding $5 to your bill if you do, at first I thought that was UnAmerican then I realized that this is a great way to detour waste and keep the price reasonable (which it is), so I actually love that sign.
