Little Caesars Pizza - Irving

While Little Caesar's is a fast food pizza chain, their hot and ready Pizza is always hot and ready believe it or not. I usually call ahead as I place an order of the Italian cheesy bread sticks with my pizza. The bread usually is ready in 10 minutes or so. If you have not had the opportunity to try the bread, please. please. please try it. It's greasy, cheesy, and has just the right amount of seasoning. Place it in the oven the following day and it's still delicious...IF you have leftovers!! Buahahaha!!

This place is the worst. I waited for an hour for this . The manager has the worst attitude and cant even run this place. My pizza was not even cooked ! The cheese was still hard and there was so much sauce on it where the cheese was just falling off . The dough wasn't even cooked right it was still white!

Online delivery ordered. Two pizzas and two cheese bread. They use Doordash for delivery. I tracked her on the app. She went to town to pick up another order at another pizza place, then back to town to deliver my food. Of course it was cold. And wrong! Can't tell Little Caesars and Doordash. Never again! The Doordash person has returned the article that was wrong and brought us the missing article.

Came to get a hot n Ready, saw the sign for the crazy bread combo for 2.99 and was charged 4.59 regular price. When I asked about the price, the young man said it was only for online orders. Very misleading. No, where on the sign only online orders say.

My portal open and closed before I could get my order out and Roas was back. I told her what had happened and she went on to finish what she was (her job) went to register and took a few orders (her job) then went back to me and after I asked if she missed me. She took her time and went to the portals to confirm my order in a variety of ways and could not even pass it to me. I went to my car and went back to ask her name just to laugh. I absolutely don't understand why she would just ignore the fact that I asked her for help (her job) I just wanted to pick up my pizza as always and this is left why I'm the online order. I have never left a bad evaluation for any business location, as I understand that the employee has several tasks, but I cannot understand why she would not just give it to me instead of ignoring me and never apologize in a passive aggressive way.
