Best place to have indian snacks, chole puri, south indian cuisine and chat. Ordered Dahi Bhalla Dahi Puri?

This place used to be my go-to location for Panipuri and Chaat. Thought of trying them again after a couple of years and man was I terribly disappointed. Starting from awkward smell at the counter, dry and tasteless Panipuri, Rock like hard Khasta Kachori Had to replace with Aloo Tikki Chaat which was even worse). Had to trash it to avoid stomach pain later. Did the management change here ?
