Taco Bell - Irvington

Every time I come someone is outside cleaning maintaining the outside area so it looks really clean in the parking lot. I appreciate that a lot. Service is quick food is always on point.

It’s embarrassing to describe how slow this store is, poor quality in service

The worst staff I have ever seen, I went to eat and I had to go to the bathroom first and the supposed morning yesterday told me that I had to buy the food first before going to the bathroom I told him that it is illogical that I leave my food there while I go to the bathroom and He told me those were the rules for using the bathroom. The worst Taco Bell I have visited in my 7 years eating out daily

5 star for the food but 2 stars for the price burger King and Wendy's got 4 for 4 idk

Very bad first experience. Poor service. Food was not prepared properly. Tacos were poorly put together. Vagrant patrons inside abusing beverages not purchased. No staff at the register just touch screen that was not accurate. Didn't feel safe with two seven year old boys. There are no plans to revisit. Boys are traumatized with extra actions by people inside talking to themselves and not there to buy anything. Beverage machines definitely seem unsanitary after this. We left as money wasted and a poor first time at TB. I'm hoping this was a one-off day for them Kid-friendliness: Ample seating Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Parking also
