Sheetz - IRWIN

Avoid the customer service line! They weren't very helpful. I reached out about a DoorDash problem, and all Sheetz provided were some free coupons. Instead of coupons, I wanted a refund. After that, I called the store directly, and Angela, the manager, was much nicer than the corporate representatives. Angela, you’re the real MVP! Although my issue wasn’t fully resolved, I truly appreciated the respect I felt during our conversation.

Brandon served us at the Sheetz on Route 30 in Irwin, PA, and he was wonderful! We were a very energetic group, but he managed everything with a great sense of humor and made our time there really enjoyable. Keep up the fantastic work, Brandon! You're truly amazing!

Thank you, Sheetz, for providing $1.776 gas for families traveling during the Fourth of July holiday. On a typical day, I can always count on Sheetz locations for clean restrooms and delicious food and coffee.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I have to speak up about my experience. When it comes to Caesar salads, I’m quite serious. It's not that difficult to make a salad with just two ingredients—one being lettuce! A Caesar salad is a staple for me throughout the week, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy mine at all because I spent the entire time picking out black olives and yellow peppers that somehow ended up in my Caesar salad. This is unacceptable.
