Feedback gevenThis restaurant uses high quality ingredients (pigeon, veal, suckling pig, fish, etc. from the region expertly cooked up by a famous chef. His creations are modern, yet still authentic Austrian.
Very impressive round, amazing quality of food and presentation, very competent and helpful service. really enjoyed the various amuse Bouche courses and the way the netzen are divided into two or three stages. dessert and post dinner surprises delicious. probably the best restaurant. I've been there.
We had the 6 course menu and enjoyed it very much. Beside the great quality of food was a special focus on presentation. Several very creative arrangements/effects made it a great experience. Take time and come hungry! Additional to the 6 courses we got 2...amuse gueule, great selection of bread with different kinds of butter, additional to dessert as finish a selection of truffles and chocolate and finally lipstick and cigars to eat. Better don't have lunch if you take the menu for dinner. :
It is a lovely fine dinning restaurant. The environment is nice and cosy. Each and every dish was delicious and carefully decorated. The service was good and attentive. We had a great time and would easily recommend it to anyone up for fine dinning in...Ischgl.
This restaurant, located in the hotel Trofana Royal, was a truly enchantment. They serve in a way I've only seen once in St. Petersburg. All the waiters were very weel coordinated so the food arrived at the same moment at everyone at the table. The...best dish was creamy tarte of goose liver with green apple. Also, the filet of veal and beef with potatoes and onions was delicious. I didn't personally liked it, but the people around me said it was fabulous- the small refreshment of basil and menthe. They had a very good Hennesy cognac. I liked the wine- a 2010 Sancerre d'Antan. The prices are high but it worths.
