I have not had any other dunkin' charging for empty cups (2 cups, per cup 50 cents Tax) !
Like every other Dunkin anywhere, there is NO consistency! I always order the same thing and its almost always different tasting. It's sad that people are getting paid to do a job and just don't care to do it correctly. That makes it bad for the handful who do get it right.
The night shift employees have no people skills. They need to brush up on their customer service. When taking your order, they sound very uninterested. If your order is not correct, despite specifying when having ordered originally, they don't care to fix the mistake and insist that the order is correct.
Burnt food and bad attitude is what you get served here! This isn’t my first bad experience in this location. I had just to write this review today because the attitude served is unacceptable. So, I placed an order via their app which had an offer. When we checked for the offer item, there was none. When we said we had an offer via the app which was btw valid until 11/29 and today is 11/25, the employee said there is NO offer. When I told that was not right, she insisted there was No such offer(no intention of helping to figure things out). I said I will have to make a complain then and to that she said “ Go make a complain where you have to”!! “ WOW! Great customer service ??
