Located above the iseo lake, easy to reach and accessible to people in wheelchairs. a location that extends through the hill and the restaurant offers a lovely view of the lake. excellent cuisine, competent staff, kind and efficient. perfect organization and perfect management of events. a place suitable for those who love nature and want to dine or have lunch in close contact with it. 5 stars deserved

For all those who want a dream wedding, reality is at hand at this wonderful location. a special thanks to Vincent and the Franciscan for having treated in detail the organization of our party.

A suggestive environment that brings back in time, when the villas were large, luxurious and cared for in every detail. we have taken a suite(from the absolutely affordable cost) with a large terrace overlooking the Lake of Exiseum. We had dinner there. Just him and me. It was beautiful. the sunset gave us strong emotions. I woke up at night, I lay on the soft bed and watched. nothing is more beautiful than silence with the moon that illuminates the dark water of a sleeping lake. excellent and not expensive dinner. plentiful and well presented portions. very polite and smiling staff and impeccable cleanliness . the afternoon we enjoyed the pool and the small tub with hydro. I recommend it to those who like me choose an escape to heaven.

I was yesterday in this place with my family...that say paradise on earth . view to take off breath, location very well cared for in every detail and a beautiful park. excellent food and cured dishes. rich wine paper. friendly and professional staff in fulfilling customer requests. prices are honest given the quality offered. you breathe an air of tranquility. .. perfect place to relax

Excellent location near the lake of iseo with a breathtaking view. a relais worthy of this name with a dynamic and proactive staff at the height of the context. very well equipped also in case of rain as we had the opportunity to experience in person. recommended for both ceremonies and for researched experiences.
