I recommend this place for those who appreciate real homemade foods.
Somehow, we thought we should eat here. So we stopped and left. what a great movement was that. we were greeted by a very friendly staff who felt at home and especially. later in the evening when the restaurant was filled to capacity. that's a great ability. we have made our orders, then we saw something that made us aware that we have ordered the wrong one. it was not a problem to change to the chapeau tatare or the tatar’s hat. this is a conical shape (the hat,) with flame underneath and they grill their flesh on it. a beautiful experience. and also delicious. that was our main course. we have also decided to start. there was a selection of preparations of the local cheese, which was great. and also the salatbuffet with a homemade terrine. the terrine was very good. on the menu are many elements that are generated locally. beer from a village over the valley, wein from the region, bee from a small factory on the other side of the city. and of course these delicious homemade terrines. we had a wonderful evening. You'll probably be.
A very beautiful experience, we visited a table for 12. the food was well cooked freshly delicious and well presented. the waiter was helpful and spoke English, which was very helpful. the steak was just like the other food....danke...
We came back after a few years to la tzoumaz. there is new management and a new cook, both young and very entusiastic! fondue is now also served in the cozy restaurant part and not only in the “bar part”, a great improvement....Service with a smile and favorable praise. try the aprikosensorbet with abricotin.
