Steers - Isipingo

It was a bad experience. We ordered to dine in and when we finally got our order, the plates were dirty. When we took one back as it was very dirty, no one took accountability or said sorry, they just took the plate and put the food on a new one. They did even check the other 2 plates or even bother to ask or check if they are okay, so we just took our food and put it on napkins that covered the cutlery. Even though other staff saw us eating on napkins and looking displeased, they never bother … – show

The sauce is always too much and burger then tastes bad. Not like the other Steers.

I purchased double cheese burger and it was a dine in and a small particle is stuck on my tongue now and i told the manager and he seems not to care

Waited for someone to eventually help me just to let me know they're not open yet. When I asked when they open I was told only at 9am. I politely pointed out that it was already 9:05am at which she seemed genuinely shocked as half the staff were probably asleep or busy on their phones. Thanks but I'll take my business elsewhere.
