Wimpy - Isipingo

All Wimpys I've ever been to got 4 or 5 stars, this is the only one I've given 1 star. I used to eat breakfast there once a week but have stopped going there because I got sick and tired of having to send the food back to have something corrected. I don't believe the waitresses tell the kitchen staff how I want the food, or if they do then the kitchen staff ignore it. The bacon is undercooked. I went to buy a wimpy burger take away today. The lady at the counter put my order through on the system. There was no bar scanner code for me to scan the barcode to use my wimpy points (wimpy app) all the tills were jammed/froze, so I was told. Sne came to the rescue and picked up the dirt bin under the counter to look for anther old slip that has the barcode. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience, all other staff just staring at me. I ordered chicken schnitzel with cheese and mushroom sauce. Chicken schnitzel was over cooked and hard, mushroom sauce was tasteless. The milkshake I ordered was water and when I returned it so they could rectify the mistake it was even worse the second time.

The service good, and food was prepared and served in great attitude from the waiters!!! The manager was also welcoming and accommodating.
