Feedback gevenSpent 20 or 30 minutes on their website reviewing the menu and picking out a few things we might like to eat. When we got there, we were informed that the regular menu was not available, but rather they had a limited menu. As it turns out, VERY limited. We didn't stay. Only bright spot was that the Ass't Manager informed us and let us look at the menu before we were seated. Why not KEEP YOUR WEBSITE UP-TO-DATE and save your customers some trouble?
I don't like giving out bad reviews but this was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. We waited over an hour for a very simple breakfast order. It never came. People that arrived later than us would be served. And when we demanded an explanation, the manager just said we made a mistake and shrugged it off nonchalantly. They offered us free coffee. Seriously???
We made a reservation on Open Table, which was accepted. We traveled 40 minutes (one way) from our hotel to the restaurant. Upon arrival, we were told that the restaurant had been closed about 1 week before because of a fire!! This was not reflected anywhere, and certainly NOT on Open Table. What kind of organization is that?? FINALLY, I saw the restaurant web site had been updated one day after we went that is 9 days after they closed. A big waste of our time and fuel money.
Excellent food in a casual atmosphere. Service was very good also.
Made reservation on open table for Father's day for me and my 86 year old father. Got an email day before for me to confirm which I did. Got to the restaurant and sign door says closed Sunday and Monday. At another restaurant and the wait is over an hour and a half. Just look Normandy up on line and it says they are currently open. Thanks for making my Father's Father's day do difficult!!
