Delicious Argentinian food. Loved their beef empanadas! Will come back again!

Fuimos afortunados de haber encontrado esta gema en Holbox gracias a Google Maps. La comida no es solo buena y variada, lo mejor de Alta Gula sin duda son los que trabajan allí. Jorge y Julián nos trataron de maravilla, nos ayudaron a escoger platos para comer y nos dieron tips de qué hacer por la isla. Lo pasamos genial y terminamos almorzando allí los tres días que estuvimos en Holbox. Os queremos mazo! Y buena suerte a Julián en su regreso a la Argentina.

We were attracted to by the swing seating outside the bar (I LOVE them) and were pleasantly surprised by the very good empanadas. We snacked here 3 times on our 5 day stay on Holbox the vibes were so great. Wish they had a larger liquor selection (tequila and mezcal only, and not much to mix with either I'm not sophisticated enough to sip this stuff we would have spent a lot more time and here if that was the case) but I loved the house made hibiscus flower water and my husband enjoyed the beer selection. Nice service.
