Fui con mi hija y nos sentimos muy cómodas, la atención del personal sobre todo en el área de la alberca fue excelente! Total seguridad en él área privada de playa y sobre todo mucha tranquilidad para un buen descanso. Disfrutamos mucho de cada área del hotel. Gracias por sus atenciones.

This is a special place on Isla Mujeres. It is right in the middle of town. However, it is a quiet oasis. This is one of the few locations on Isla that has large beach area. The beach area is well maintained. There are recliners to layout and enjoy the sun, canopies with table tops when you want out of the sun. The beach area also has drink and food services. For those seeking a cabana bed, those are also available, but are rented for extra cost There is a pool and hot tub area with a swim up bar, and food service. The pool is large and there are plenty of recliners available. Next to the pool is a small gym and massage services. The grounds around the pool and entire hotel are beautiful. The food is great! There are different options at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You are not required to purchase an all food package but the food is so very good, so well prepared, and so well plated and unique that not doing so is cheating yourself. Topping off the experience is the staff. This is a dedicated team of professionals that top off the experience at Privledge Aluxes. The staff are super friendly, fun to speak to and learn about Isla. Every staff member we met throughout our stay was great. The hotel rooms are very nice with a bedroom and separate sofa/bar area that leads to a patio overlooking the grounds. The rooms are super quiet. There are definitely ocean views that get better on the higher floors. There are also roof top suites available. The beds are comfortable. One surprise, there are no USB outlets in the rooms so arrive with a charging block. When you are ready to visit the town, Privledges is just a few blocks away from Hidalgo Street, also known as Avenida Miguel Hidalgo, a pedestrian street in the center of Isla Mujeres, Mexico. Here there are plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. Thank you Privledges Team for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is lovely with great facilities and staff. The food at every meal is 5 star and every single member of staff were excellent. We spent most our time at the beach and the 2 beach staff Danny and Misael were the highlight of out trip. They kept our glasses full and were extremely friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect, you could not ask for a better location and the beach is nicest one we went to. Even nicer then the tip of playa norte as it was narrow and crowded. If we were ever to return to Mexico, Isla Mujeres and this hotel would be top of our list. The only recommendation I could give is (and this could be down to the fact that we travelled for 21 hours door to door and were tired) but we had to work a lot out for ourself. Reception could have done with informing us a little better.

Our 1st time here and so far has not disappointed. The rooms are nice, updated, and clean. I have ordered room service at 8pm, and it showed up within 16 minutes. The staff has been friendly and they ate fast with repairs (very minimal) on the resort.
