The prices are on the high side, and the cups are quite small. The tea is tasty, but the boba isn't always fresh.

Finding good boba in Santa Barbara seems to be quite a challenge, and unfortunately, my experience at Wake Cup didn't change that. The drinks were overpriced for the quality offered, and I found them to be quite disappointing. They use powdered flavorings, and the boba itself didn't meet expectations. I’d recommend seeking better bubble tea options further south.

We really love this restaurant, but we do wish it were a bit cleaner inside!

The name is fantastic. There's a good variety of drinks and food options available. The beverages have a bit of an unconventional taste; they might not appeal to everyone. However, I really enjoyed them, though they were slightly on the sweeter side.

The teas and milk teas here are outstanding, and there's a fantastic variety of boba options and add-ons. While the food is good, it is a bit on the expensive side for what you get. I definitely recommend visiting for a boba tea or smoothie. The popcorn chicken is also quite delicious.
