Chef Rolfs Tunas - ISLAMORADA

I ordered the snapper blackened. Very small serving with 3 beans, 1 small carrot cut in half, 1 piece of asparagus and 3 slices of a small potato. There was no flavor other than a sour taste. I couldn't eat it. My daughter and her friend also did not like their meal. The bill was almost $200. I should have stoppped at the terrible lobster bisque. The small plate makes it look like a bigger serving.

Great food! We’ve enjoyed the food and ambiance here several times. THE BEST lobster bisque I’ve had for many years of searching. Also enjoyed oysters Rockefeller and Tuna Steak. Lots of menu options, have had nice pasta here in the past too. Live music.

Love the atmosphere. Especially when they have live music. One of the best burgers I have had in town. It was humongous too. Best coleslaw and crispy fries. Attentive staff. Wish they had a fruity IPA on draft. Will be back

What an incredible experience it was! The place looks very humble, yet the food is as fantastic as it gets. I think they can charge so much more for the quality of food they serve. My husband asked the waitress about the dishes she'd recommend and she suggested a fish that I doubt we'd think to order. She also recommended it cooked in a certain style. And wow! I am so happy we order that. It was absolutely incredible. The service was great too. The waitress was super nice and attentive. Not only she gave us great recommendations, she shared a story of the place with us which was very interesting. We also met Brian who stopped by our table to chat. He told us more about the place and the area. He treated us with a dessert since we were celebrating our anniversary and it felt so great. We'll 100% be back next time we are in Islamorada.

Our family went out to Chef Rolf’s Tuna's this evening and I must say it was absolutely fantastic. Everything from our server Kaylee to the delicious appetizers and entrées were spot on. The live music entertainment along with a soothing ambience on a January night was just right. The tuna was Excellent!! Looking forward to our next outing at Tuna’s.
