Starbucks - ISLAMORADA

We stopped at this Starbucks because we needed to use the restroom. Earlier, we had ordered two chocolate cream cold brews, but they were terrible and looked like they had been sitting out for a while. We were hesitant to try them before leaving, but we decided to ask if they could remake them, thinking it was worth a shot. To our surprise, they agreed, and right from the start, you could tell the new drinks were prepared correctly just by their color. They tasted 100 times better! I really appreciated their willingness to remake our drinks, and they did an excellent job. Olga was so friendly! Thank you!
