The service was fantastic, with the staff appearing genuinely happy to welcome us. The food was amazing, freshly cooked with obvious pride taken in its preparation and presentation by the kitchen staff. The wait staff were friendly, approachable, and very polite. This place is truly a hidden gem and a wonderful treat to visit.
I had a fantastic time at the Chessell Pottery Cafe. The staff were excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I would highly recommend this place.
The value for money at this restaurant is incredibly poor. The portion size for the child's scampi was only four tiny bites and 11 fries, while the adult scampi cost £15.50. The meals are very overpriced.
Really lovely tea and cakes are homemade and delicious. Meals looked delicious but I think are too expensive. It’s a shame they no longer have the shop and pottery. staff lovely and friendly
Not an ideal visit. The old car park has been abolished and you now have to park further away in a car park nearer the road. The other small [closer] parking area was full. The walk to the cafe' was too far. We have been going here for some years but we won't be going back again. We did not visit, turned around and found another more convenient local establishment instead.
