A great little bar with the pub atmosphere of days past. friendly staff and clientele make a visitor feel especially welcome to be enjoying good mood! a wonderful change from the great restaurants that have become most of the existing pubs.

Brilliant, I don't have to sit on the bank opposite, with my brown paper bag full of tinnies out of the offie she has with the other reviews here. we can all go inside in the warm and they can buy their own.

Brex-in, Brex-out, good fun and true local spirit, so you know where you are, even as the odd Dutchman from across the Channel. Great ales and cheering wines. Forget about exchange rates, all great sips for money.
