My spouse and I spend time at sea in Greece as often as possible. this restaurant on the island wight remembered a restaurant on the sea in the middle sea. the vegan menu was a huge plus and was the reason why we found our way to this beautiful place. we had a delicious starter of olive and fresh brot, then tried both the vegan curry entree and the zucchini pasta with heap and cocosnus cream. both were delicious. I wanted a hot sauce, a hot pepper or a lemon on the zucchini nudel bowl.
A very nice restaurant with views of the sea. there we were with our two dogs, but had to sit outside, because we had not reserved, it was a nice day, even though there was no such thing. the pups were very pampered by the staff. has a separate vegan menu with a lot of choice. would highly recommend.
We came for our jubilee dinner and hoped for a better than the type of meal in their local pub. while the service was good and we had good sitting, eating simply did not live on our expectations, nor on the price. I have the hake that was served with a curry sauce and smoked mushles. this combination of aromen should not exist, it has not worked at all. my partner had the seafood pasta, the average but the pasta itself was overcooked. perhaps a nice place for a drink, but do not definitively return to dinner.
Thanks to the waterfront bar and restaurant, deadland bay for our golden high-time lunch with the family today so a fabulous experience. great eating, amazing attentive and cheerful service and great value. they really know how to go the extra mile, even something that wasn't on the menu was thank you again. xxrod irene ps. the intention is also quite amazing
