I recently took my children to this restaurant for lunch after reading reviews from the past year. While the previously advertised extensive vegan menu has been reduced, there were still vegan options available for starters, main courses, and desserts. I opted for the bread with olive tapenade, the pornstar cocktail, and a cashew-based cheesecake with sorbet and wafer for dessert. The tofu and cauliflower main course was delicious but on the smaller side, more like a starter portion. I would also consider trying the polenta starter on a return visit. My son enjoyed the milk-free fish and chips, while my daughter loved the child-sized halloumi and chips, which she claimed were the best chips she had ever tasted. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. The restaurant has a fantastic sea view and a pleasant atmosphere inside. Despite the limited menu options, diners should not be disappointed with the experience. Overall, this restaurant deserves a solid 4-star rating, with potential for an even higher rating if they expand their vegan offerings.
My friend and I visited this restaurant for lunch while on holiday. The location is incredibly beautiful, with views of the beach and the eastern shoreline. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They have a separate vegetarian menu with vegan options and are willing to customize dishes to be vegan. The food was amazing and the staff was genuinely interested in learning about veganism and expanding their offerings for vegans. We suggested they consider sourcing from a local cheese supplier, and they were receptive to the idea. Overall, it was a very positive experience and they are also dog-friendly. Had a nice lunch on a day trip to the island. the three buoys is just 15 minutes to walk from the hover harbour in a beautiful location with views of the appley beach. the service was perfectly very friendly and efficient. eating was excellent and the menu was varied with interesting elements on a solid basis. the beer squirted fish and chips was delicious with the best I ever tasted, mixed with spinach and a cat filled tartar sauce. perhaps too many cats for those who are not fans of cats, but still delicious. the fish was beautiful and the teig was delicious and not heavy or greasy. I had the seabarschfilets with a red pfeffer pesto, sweethorn velouté, coconut jelly, carburized pak choi, black sesame and red chili. there were also some unannounced spring onions and criminals that complemented the court nicely. the coconut jelly cubes lacked in the coconut flavor and the cut red chili was a little too much for my taste. it contrasted too strongly against the brighter red pfeffer pesto and sweethorn velouté according to my opinion, but it was no effort to separate the few discs from the court. the seabarschfilets were cooked for perfection and packed with taste from the pan. moistened and tastefully with a firm skin, just as it should be. also the grilled pak choi were excellent and both that and the fish were the stars of the show. we had some extraordinary moules marinière as starter. they were not on the menu, but we were accommodated when we asked for them. the mushes were fresh and juicy, only cooked long enough. too many places serve overcooked mush, but this is not one of them. the sauce was plentiful and ridiculously tasty when used a little too much cream (for anyone who observes their waist). this was accompanied by the best garlic bread I cost. the part was also very generous for a starter. I had a local ale to accompany my soul bass, which went very well together. there was so much taste in the fish and pak choi that a bright white wine to blande in comparison I fear so that I was happy with my choice. I had hoped a little more seafood on the menu when I first saw it when I was in the mood for a seafood plate or similar. if I had seen the menu before, I might have gone somewhere and I would have missed on one of the best meals I had in some time. It shows that a good restaurant can take a somewhat regular dish and make it an unforgettable one. I wish I didn't drive this day later, because their gin and tonic and wein selection were very seductive. I'll be sure to come back next time with an overnight stay. at £ 21 per head this was exceptionally good. I love that the service has not been included yet suggested and I hope that the employees do well on tips because they deserve it absolutely. I can't recommend the three buoys enough and remember the meal lively as I write these days later.
Absolutely beautiful dishes. the first thing I tried here was a meal in three buoys, it was the right choice eating is amazing, the staff are friendly and they can enjoy the beach view.
