Embassy Suites By Hilton Albuquerque

Driving through Albuquerque on my way from San Diego to Cleveland, I experienced such fantastic customer service at this hotel that I will surely return if I’m ever again in the area. Anthony and David at the front desk are star employees who should be commended. They made my stay memorable and I very much appreciate it. Both went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. On top of the exceptional customer service, my room was extremely clean, the AC was very quiet unlike most hotels I’ve stayed at, and all fixtures in my room and in the hotel were in great condition; it is obviously kept up and maintained well. Parking was plentiful. I would definitely recommend Embassy Suites Albuquerque and I’m so impressed with the level of service that I received.

Embassy Suites is always good. This particular one is strict for their managers reception.

Only going for a short time been there a few times no longer than 30 to 45 minutes each time couldn't really share my experience.

Our Motel of choice in Albuquerque. Only downside is sometimes parking and other issues occur during events. Someone got sick in an elevator and the motel was slow cleaning it up. Great breakfast and clean rooms.
