I got the blue corn enchiladas plate and I thought the squash and bean sides were absolutely authentic and tasty. Chips and salsa as an appetizer and the local made root beer was unique as well .
Soooo glad we went out of our way to find indigenous food. Blue corn enchiladas with green Chili's was the best!
An unparalleled food experience!Food you may be used to seeing at any restaurant with a Native American addition or starting ingredient.Highly recommend the Blue Corn Onion Rings and the Prime Rib Fry Bread Dip. That is their (far superior) take on the French dip sandwich, and ruined all other versions for me!
