La Quiche Parisienne Bistro

Bruno makes the most delicious croissants in town! The almond croissant is so moist. And made with 100% French butter. Yummy.

Love this place. Everything is prepped the day of and the pastries are always fresh and are some of the absolute best and most authentic in NM! Such a nice place to come by and do work or get brunch with friends. I love their French roast coffee and LOVEEEEEEE the chocolate twist, it has a delicious glaze on it. Definitely a place to come by at least once

Customer service and service of the owners is rude and arrogant; never a hello or even a response to a thank you from a customer, they are always preoccupied. It's always been that way, Food mediocre, bread and pastry average. Thought I would try it once more but still the same. There are other better local businesses.

We got a baguette and it was fine, but nothing like baguettes from France. Also 5x the price. It was at least freshly baked. The desserts look similar to ones from a real French bakery, but we didn't try them.

So far the best croissant I've had is from here. The croissant twist was the size of my forearm and it was less than $5. Never had a croissant that had a semi sweet glaze/gloss on it but it was amazing. The cakes there looked really good as well. Will definitely come back for another croissant.
