Nexus Brewery - Isleta Pueblo

From Colorado Springs visiting. Great service! Great food!

I went in recently for takeout and the staff were super unorganized due to a new system being used. The server helping me was verbalizing her frustration and apologizing for the wait. My food was ready when I arrived but the lack of organization added another 20 minutes of me having to be there so my wings were cold by the time I left. I would watch the manager leave the expo area or kitchen to help servers at their tables and never once removed his gloves or washed his hands. Just seems like poor execution of rolling out a new system by the management team. The energy was off, the staff were frustrated and my favorite restaurant was unrecognizable.

Do yourself a favor and go enjoy Nexus next time you want great drinks, delicious food and a laid back atmosphere! Nexus also takes care of it's community and Ken's donation to my school's Sunshine Committee was such a a gift. Thank you!

At my last visit it was super chaotic in there, waited at the bar for a while, and the customer service wasn’t good. It seemed the workers were too flustered, and I work in a restaurant, it shouldn’t be that bad, it wasn’t too busy. The managers looked frustrated.

Wildly overpriced lemonade. Apd should post up outside there because they don't really encourage designated drivers or non alcoholic beverages. My friends had a good time. The fish n chips was great. But maybe come down on the price of non alcoholics beverages, give a Designated driver discount, or at the least 1 refill! $5 for 10 oz lemonade. A 32 oz at Dions is cheaper. Dang.
