The coffee is great and the staff is very welcoming and friendly!
On January 2nd, my children and I arrived at the airport around 11 am, only to find out that our flight had been canceled and there were no available hotel rooms nearby. With no other options, we had to sleep in the airport in order to catch our rescheduled flight the following day. We spent the majority of our time at Caffe Nero and ended up spending around £75. By 2 pm, my kids and other passengers had fallen asleep on the chairs and sofas, exhausted and stressed after 14 hours of waiting. I was taken aback when a waiter approached us and rudely woke us up, including an elderly woman, stating that the airport was not a hotel. This lack of hospitality from Caffe Nero's staff was disappointing. The company should ensure that their employees provide a certain level of kindness and understanding in situations like ours.
If you go to this place here and see the man with ginger/brownish hair and beard make sure he specifically makes the coffee or hot chocolate he makes it the best way like no one else. The best especially hot chocolate
My local Caffe Nero branch is in Islington but it's closed for renovations at the moment, so I've started coming here for my free coffee (thanks Vitality!! . However I may continue to come here even when Islington re-opens. The staff are friendly, tables are clean and service is always fast. Great work team
