The Fig Tree - Islington

The pub was nice, but I was surprised to see that Roy Hodgson was working there in a long wig. It seems like he has become very unhappy since leaving Crystal Palace.

This pub is located in a historic old police station and has a lovely outdoor area that I bet is bustling during the summer months. I stopped in for a few drinks and was welcomed by the friendly staff. I ended up staying longer than planned because of the excellent service.

Excellent service from the quick bar staff and a great atmosphere for a Sunday. Roxana was working solo, but provided fast service. Will definitely be returning every weekend from now on.

This has been our regular for many years. Unfortunately within the last month things seem to have changed maybe after the new management /or several new staff members presence!!! They were not very hospitable and served like that they rather be somewhere else!! Unfortunately The perfect host lady Pat with her one liners and fabulous banter was not there

A really nice pub, very friendly staff and a great choice of beers on offer. Loads of TV screens to watch sport. I'm guessing a great place to watch the up and coming World Cup Finals in November.
